    I started as a MaxStrength Fitness client in August 2023 and have been working with Cassie since then. I can't say enough great things about working with her. Cassie and the entire Willoughby team are incredibly professional and encouraging. I look forward to the workouts because they feel like working with a friend. I love that the time required is only 20 minutes twice a week. I have never before been able to find and stick with a fitness program until I gave this a try. It's been one of my best decisions!

    I'm so glad my doctor recommended MaxStrength Fitness to me. Not only has my strength increased, but my pain has diminished! The personal trainers are all excellent - both challenging and encouraging. They also provide tips for healthy living outside of the fitness center. It's life-changing!

    Max Strength Fitness provides a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The trainers are cheerful and motivating and every instructor is very conscientious throughout my session. I came in with poor coordination and through consistent training and encuoragement I have build my strength, dexterity and balance. I have more energy and a healthier outlook on life since joining Max Strength. I look forward to every session!
