I recently started practicing here, I recommend this place to almost everyone I talk to. The staff is terrific, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. In a little over a month I have seen pretty amazing results in not only my body but also my mental health. Thank you Harmony!

A couple years ago, I moved to the area and was very sorry to leave my beloved yoga studio. I went to 6 studios to try them out and HANDS DOWN Harmony Studios is the BEST!Mala is simply the perfect yoga instructor! Her classes are exquisitely balanced - mentally and physically. I often go to her class feeling tight and sore and leave feeling refreshed and energized. Vanessa is also sensational!Highly recommend!

Wonderful power flow classes!Knowledgeable instructors all “with a different style”which allows for a peaceful yet challenging experience.Facility is inviting, organized and cleanly.Owner Natalie goes “above & beyond” making certain all customers needs are met.
