The instructors at Harmony Yoga Studios are highly specialized and passionate, creating an eclectic mix of classes that include beginners’ yoga, vinyasa, flexibility, power yoga, Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, and basic candlelight, as well as kids’ yoga. Students have praised instructors like Melanie, Mala, Hannah, David, Molly, and Ginger for their exceptional skills and inspiring messages. It’s very simple, you won’t regret coming here and finding peace. Peace around you and inner peace. They have an app that allows you to book classes very easily, offering times for yam early riser or later classes. I’ve been to quite a few yoga studios the past couple of years and this is the only one I have ever felt truly seen at. Come in check it out.
This studio is truly magical and the teachers here are top notch! After dealing with years of chronic back pain and anxiety I have found tremendous relief from the classes offered here.
Recently moved to Lake County and was searching for a new studio to attend while on my Winter Break from college. I feel so lucky that I was able to find Harmony. It has been absolutely incredible to attend the large array of class options and phenomenal instructors that Harmony has to offer. Can't wait to come home for the summer and resume my practice at Harmony. This studio is a true 10/10!!
