I am both a teacher and a student and the power vinyasa classes fit perfectly into my schedule! The teachers do a great job and I leave feeling refreshed! I find that I have more energy during the day too!

The wonderful yoga instructors are all so kind and professional! They truly guide and nurture their students with relaxing practices. The yoga studio is always cozy for my favorite restorative sessions. The wide variety of yoga classes, workshops and other wellness offerings is very impressive.
