Wellness Traditions provides much-needed self-care services.
The wonderful yoga instructors are all so kind and professional! They truly guide and nurture their students with relaxing practices. The yoga studio is always cozy for my favorite restorative sessions. The wide variety of yoga classes, workshops and other wellness offerings is very impressive. Thank you for providing much needed self-care services in these hectic times!
I’ve always felt welcomed and serene when I walk into the door. Steve is thorough when he works on me and helps me understand what’s happening in my body as he works his magic. Wellness tradition and the team have been a sweet gem that I found after moving to Eastlake
I two different fantastic massages! The first was a deep tissue massage that was VERY helpful and then went back for a relaxation massage which was wonderful. I have been to a class there as well. The owners are so nice & helpful!
