“I was looking for an extremely light and comfortable frame for my new glasses prescription. The last pair I purchased was in Boca Raton, Florida. No one in Mentor, Ohio had anything even close. With all the weather fronts constantly coming through, I can get severe headaches. I do not need glasses that add weight to my temples and nose bridge. I called and spoke to Michelle and appreciated her honesty. When I arrived she had several lines of frames already selected, all which were even lighter than the ones I already had! “What a nice shop! He repaired my old eyeglasses--I don't think anyone else in Cleveland does repairs anymore. The shop is old-fashioned and lovely. There are books and puzzles for children and a comfortable sitting area. The shop is from an older time. Just being there is a wonderful experience. I am sure he would be excellent with children. “My last four pairs of glasses have been bought at the Willoughby BJ's Optical Department. I get progressive lenses and you can't beat the price or the service. I recently fell and had sprung one of the earpieces. I took them in and the manager Shafeeqa was able to reset it and save my glasses. She is super nice and a true expert. A store membership is not needed to buy your glasses there.“
