I brought my dog to this clinic for an evaluation today and I’m so happy I did. My boy suffered a cruciate ligament tear last year and developed back pain this year, so we went to see what could be done to manage his conditions. Dr Surovi and Alanna were amazing! I love that we were able to spend a good amount of time discussing all of his conditions and really getting to the root causes of his pain. I am really excited to work with them and help my boy get back to walks and road trips when the snow finally goes away. And last but not least, thank you for being so kind and careful with him. 5 stars all day long ?
I can't say enough of how much of a fantastic job they did. They replaced my driveway and added stamped walkways which came out so beautiful. Very highly recommend

Em is the best stylist I've ever had. Literally adore her. Every time I see her it brightens my day! She really helped me find what looks best for me and goes above and beyond to help with my sensitive skin issues. I will literally never see anyone else!

This wonderful place! Dana is so good at what she does! I had Botox done and the results are amazing! The price is so reasonable! The receptionist and Dana absolutely went above and beyond for me and I’m so appreciative! They were informative and educated. I definitely recommend!
RCM has completed numerous projects at rental properties and our personal homes over the last few years. Bob is very professional and has a great selection of flooring options to choose from in his showroom. His crew ispolite, does excellent work and they always clean up after themselves. We look forward to having RCM flooring complete more projects for us in the future.
This is my second time going to Gina and let me tell you I will not be going anywhere else but her. I expressed what I wanted and my concerns with my old hair and Gina transformed my hair into something its never been before. Rachel was able to release built-up tension in my neck, shoulders and shoulder blades, plus tell me how to keep my muscle areas less knotted up. The owner, Craig, is an extremely nice guy. He did work for a neighbor. I can't picture him acting in the way that these posts are saying. He was killed riding his motorcycle on September 29, 2020 by a hit and run driver on Lakeshore Blvd. My sympathies to his family. Truly a tragedy. RIP Craig.
A friend who brings her cats here recommended this practice, and I'm so grateful she did! For the past 2 years, I've been taking my two small dogs here. The staff are always polite, kind and follow up promptly. While staffing shortages & vet shortages are affecting all practices right now around the country, I'm still VERY satisfied with the customer service! Dr. Carlson in particular has been really wonderful (thorough, caring & honest), although I'm also grateful to Dr. Murray too. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
I just went in to change my specialty wheel locks to a standard and these guys were so nice! Everyone I interacted with was so pleasant and professional. I wish I knew the service rep’s name. That was who I spoke with initially, then he directed me to Eric at the service desk who was so nice and helpful, then the gentleman at the parts desk whom I shared a few laughs with he was so nice as well! And then last but not least, the young man who changed the wheel locks for me! I look forward to being serviced at this location in the future! Good customer service is so hard to come by. I live in Bedford and will certainly be making this trip! Thanks guys
I love everything about thos location in Willoughby! I have been a patient for over 5 years and I refuse to go anywhere else for my eye care. The doctor, staff, and selection of glasses are all amazing!
