I had a vitamin D deficiency that has since been corrected and now I feel a lot better than I did before I knew about the vitamin D deficiency. I cannot say that every supplement I take has been helpful so I pick and choose which ones I plan to continue using. I did lose weight on one of their programs but the supplements and programs are pricey.
