I touched based with almost every single VW dealership in this area for my new purchase and this one completely edged out. Jordan is the only sales person who makes feel that I am in good hands. He and Michael are honest, respectful and super efficient throughout. Jordan has always been replying to my messages instantly, sending me proper follow-ups and offering me the best prices, which is absent from basically all other dealerships. In general, they are professional and also very nice, they earned my appreciation. I feel comfortable working with them and I hope this review could help future customers when it comes to their new car purchases.

Super easy, I pull my car in, sign a paper, hang out in the waiting room if needed. Then go about my day. There is also a children’s area which is nice for those with littles. The service guy had also said I could go upstairs if I needed a quiet place to work.
