Matt the store manager made sure we understood the pros and cons of each type of flooring option and found us a great LVP option that was well under budget. Jordan and Christian were also both very helpful when we needed things and their crew had everything we needed in stock. They were no pressure sales people who just wanted to help us find the best option for our needs while not blowing our budget. We picked up the flooring with in a hour of letting them know our installers were ready for it and they even helped load it all. I would highly recommend them and if we ever needed flooring again they will be our first stop.“

“We just moved to the area and needed to arrange for carpet and floors to be installed throughout the house within a very short window of time before the furniture arrived. Jim Park was able to accommodate us very nicely, and he is a wonderful communicator, keeping us in the loop constantly. We ended up loving our new Finzzi LV plank floors so much that we decided to add to the job while it was in progress and did the entire kitchen too. It looks beautiful and has a lovely wood grain texture (see picture!). The carpet, Dreamwever 55 oz., is the nicest, softest carpet we have ever had. There were a few areas in the doorways of the bathroom & bed rooms where the wood was put down that needed to be redone and one minor area in my kitchen where the wood was just a bit short where the wood should have snapped in. Other than that I was satisfied.“
