Kenny came and brought samples and measured all the areas of which were several places helped me decide which flooring looked best with the cabinets. Tim did the install all by his self, Jason had to put out a fire and get a plumber here pronto. It all came together and looks amazing. So glad I was directed to them. would definitely use them again.“

“Update! We had our entire upstairs re-carpeted and I couldn’t be happier with their product. We met with Jack and he helped us select a great carpet that was reasonably priced and they were able to install within two weeks. The installers were very careful with our newly painted trim and we had minimal touch ups. They also completed the work quickly - carpeting 900 sq ft before lunch! Thank you, Jack and team for another awesome experience with your business. We wouldn’t chose anyone else in Columbus. Previous: We had a flooded bedroom in our basement and Rite Rug helped us recover quickly. Salesman recommended a great carpet for a reasonable price. Installed a few days later. Installer was respectful of home and done in under 90 minutes. Left the place better than he found it. We will be replacing upstairs flooring as next home project and plan to price out Rite Rug first given our experience this go round.“

“We just moved to the area and needed to arrange for carpet and floors to be installed throughout the house within a very short window of time before the furniture arrived. Jim Park was able to accommodate us very nicely, and he is a wonderful communicator, keeping us in the loop constantly. We ended up loving our new Finzzi LV plank floors so much that we decided to add to the job while it was in progress and did the entire kitchen too. It looks beautiful and has a lovely wood grain texture (see picture!). The carpet, Dreamwever 55 oz., is the nicest, softest carpet we have ever had. All the installers were very professional and did a phenomenal job. The pricing was fair and upfront, and we have no complaints. Wonderful service and products. A++!“
