In light of the poor customer service that has become the norm when patronizing other businesses, I was blown away with the recent service from Levi’s. I purchased engineered wood floors from them 7 years ago and had an excellent customer service experience, so when I decided to purchase new carpeting and additional wood flooring it was a no brainer to go to them again. This second time around was just as good. Everyone from the store salesman to back office to installer understand the “assignment”, produce a happy customer. And they did. Great service from the time I walked into the store to select/order my kitchen floor and carpet! Paul Whittaker was great to deal with and so was Mike at the store. My installers, Luis (flooring) and Alex and partner (carpet), were fantastic!! The whole experience was amazing!!!
