We just moved to the area and needed to arrange for carpet and floors to be installed throughout the house within a very short window of time before the furniture arrived. Jim Park was able to accommodate us very nicely, and he is a wonderful communicator, keeping us in the loop constantly. We ended up loving our new Finzzi LV plank floors so much that we decided to add to the job while it was in progress and did the entire kitchen too. It looks beautiful and has a lovely wood grain texture (see picture!). The carpet, Dreamwever 55 oz., is the nicest, softest carpet we have ever had. This is my second job with Jim. I choose a carpet that he had in stock and they installed within four days. The carpet price was excellent (less than I budgeted for) and the quality is what i had expected.Installers know what they are doing and went over the job with me and asked the right question. Enjoyed the experience!
