“Excellent service! Highly recommend this company. I live in a 7 floor complex building. We had an exterminator service for years who used horrible chemicals and was not rated very well for bed bugs and roaches. Finally the landlord got rid of them and hired Ampulex Environment Solutions ( yay!!) summer of 2023. It has been amazing!! They have a spray called Apprehend that is a spore and has no smell. No more leaving the apartment for two Plus hours from the nasty bug chemical smell sprays. And it has been amazing results with them. Eric is very professional, kind, and awesome. Great family business in Hamilton, Ohio. They have been servicing our building for a little over a year now and it has been great. There are about 100 apartments in here so we really needed somebody like them for a very long time. This was their first time servicing my house and they really listened to my concerns. They found a large barrel behind my shed that was filled with water that had not been noticed before.
