Addendum: They do NOT have a trail of services. I was lied to. Do think they offer quality service, just don’t trust the salesman. Our technicians were very good with excellent customer service. Unfortunately, Customer Service was not always as helpful. They literally had to mail the contract to me (did not originally get it from the salesman) for me to see the program I purchased. Again, didn’t know I was signing up for a program with a subscription. I was told it was a trial. Canceling due to salesman and rude Customer Service representative on text app.

Kory did a great job! He sent a text letting me know when he was arriving. When he arrived, he came to the front door to greet me. Asked me if I had any sightings of ants in my home and if I needed any treatment indoors. I let him know that we looked good inside. He proceeded to go outside and perform his tasks. When he was done, he sent me pictures of all the treated areas as well as a listing of insecticides he used to alleviate the problem. He was very friendly and professional.
