Regency Hospital - Cleveland East

My father is a current patient at Regency, and the staff is extremely nice. Everyone is always available for any requests. Diamond the reception is so helpful and pleasant, she knows everyone that comes through the door. She even noticed when I hadn't visited in a few days, which was surprising. Other facilities don't even know your name, or where your going. Joi who I believe is the nursing assistant was a Joy to have in my father's room for the week I encountered her. Her patience and personality just lights up the room.

It's staff like this that makes the place worth having your family stay more comfortable. You barley find a hospital where all the staff speak and greet you.

This was a fantastic experience in my healing journey. I would give them an A for Wound care and treatment of patients. 90 percent of the nurses and aids were fantastic and truly cared for me. The wound care team was top notch and PT and OT where great as well.There will always be a few bad apples but as a whole this place rates and A in my book. The kitchen was a nightmare there was one gentleman Shawn when he worked I knew things would be correct but when he was off it was a free for all. I brought my husband here, and all of the staff did a great job. He got so much better in a small amount of time. I think this is a wonderful hospital!
