Customers appreciate the good customer service and quick response time, with techs and phone operators being very friendly and usually able to fix an issue fast. The team is very kind, and customers feel comfortable having them in their home. They are wonderful gentlemen who educate customers on upkeep, work in a timely manner, and leave no mess behind. The company sends texts and emails prior to technician arrival with names, pictures, and qualifications. Estimates are informative and make sense related to older pipes and components. Customers highly recommend the company for great work, decent pricing, expertise, and trustworthy individuals. Luckily it turned out to be only the pilot. So after he relit the pilot, he did a video on my phone showing the steps to relighting it and he also had me do a return demonstration of my relighting it myself. If it goes out again I now have accurate instructions so I can relight it. This is phenomenal. I couldn't have asked for better service
Anderson Heating and Cooling is a great company. The entire team was awesome. In January, Patrick Davis came by immediately after my calling and answered all of my questions, gave me a quote with payment options, and educated me about furnace choices and installation. The next day Felipe Angel and Matthew Wyland (Bubba) came to install the furnace. They are such wonderful gentleman. They are very knowledgeable, educated me on the upkeep for the furnace, worked in a timely manner, there was no mess left behind and they are so kind. Jabril was professional and informative. Although this estimate was higher than the first two it was also the most informative. I did not feel as if he was padding the price because what he said made sense as it related to older pipes and components, not simply just a tank replacement.
