First, I want to say Virginia Tile Company has a great selection of tile to choose from and the tile itself is very high quality. I had a great experience with Michael in the showroom in Warrensville Heights. He was extremely helpful and concise. What has led to this 2 star review is the customer service end of the company. I had purchased tile for our bathroom floor and ended up having a lot left over from the project (6 boxes one of which I kept). They do have a return policy for unopened boxes of tile but there are more details left out of that return policy that makes it very strict. I visited the Warrensville Heights showroom today looking for tile for my master bathroom floor and shower. Lolita help me pick some great tiles and made the experience enjoyable and productive. She even let me borrow some tile to show my wife who couldn’t make it to the showroom today. Thank you, Lolita!

They have a large selection but no one will so much as look at you without an appointment. They have a great showroom and if you know exactly what you want it’s easy to pick up a sample . But if you’re looking for insight/ guidance make sure to schedule to see someone. Walk-ins are “welcome” but you’re completely on your own when you do so (even if you’re the only one in the store)
