Tim assured us that our siding with fanfold insulation behind it would not allow water through. Also replacing the panels wasn’t possible anyway as they’re not made anymore. Another contractor quoted us $795 to replace the panels. I’m now not sure how they were going to make that happen. Thank you Tim for helping us out at no charge.“

He advised us about what our roof looked like and took pictures so we could see for ourselves. We checked reviews on this company and decided to go with them. Bruce handled the entire process. “In May 2025, we hired Ramos Roofing in May to install a new roof + fascia/soffits + gutters on our large detached garage which had been expanded to add 2 additional bays; Seth was great to work with during the estimating phase and continued to be an excellent project manager throughout the prep & installation. Given our good experience on the roofing work, we hired Ramos again in September 2025 to install new vertical board & batten style vinyl siding on the same garage; once again, they were excellent to work with, Seth was great again, and they completed a quality siding installation on schedule for the agreed upon price.

Ramos Roofing wasn’t the lowest quote but they were able to answer all my questions knowledgeably and proved themselves to be quality professionals through our numerous discussions & site visits prior to hiring them.

“AC Roofing & Siding is amazing. We had a different home remodeling contractor come out to our home and claim we needed a new roof, and that we had tons of moisture problems in our attic. I called AC Roofing for a second opinion, and they got us on their schedule quickly, did a thorough inspection of our roof, attic, siding, and gutters, and told us you don’t have a moisture problem, and don’t need a new roof.
They did say we could use new gutters (with gutter guards), because ours are old and busted, which we will be hiring them for very soon. But more impressively they gave us three pieces of advice for work they don’t even do (that’s when you know a contractor is shooting you straight ): Guards around our solar polars to keep rodents from going under them, more insulation in our attic, and removing an old “whole house fan” from our upstairs hallway to keep from losing heat and cool thru that opening to our attic.
