Pioneer Roofing & Restoration, LLC
“We had an excellent experience with Pioneer Roofing from start to finish. After we noticed a small leak into our bathroom ceiling, we realized not only that our vent boots were compromised and needed replaced but that the roof on our nearly 100 year old home needed replaced as well.
This prospect felt overwhelming at first but Jason and Mike came out to our house and explained the issues to us as well as the roofing process in detail, giving us the information we needed to make confident decisions.
Mike was our point person and was very communicative and accessible throughout the entire process. We always knew what to expect and when, from material drop off and roof installation to soffit and gutter guard installation.
On the day of roof installation, the crew arrived early and worked hard, completing the job that day. Clean up was thorough, which we greatly appreciated with four small children. They even took extra care to cover our deck (which we had recently had painted) with tarp while working. When a window was inadvertently broken during roof installation, they took care of getting it fixed in a timely fashion and covered the cost.
Our new roof and vent caps look great and we can rest confidently knowing we no longer have leaking into our attic and we also have better ventilation throughout our attic.
Each person we encountered from Pioneer was kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend Pioneer Roofing & Restoration and am very grateful for their diligence and skilled work!”
