AIS Renovations
“We did a very big renovation with outside and inside work that lasted only four months given the amount of work we purchased! Our home is 28 years old, with good bones and was due for an update as it had the tired 1990’s look with worn out exterior doors, outdated master bath with only one sink, and needed the modernized. Take note I work for a 5 star in house skilled trade company, the wife is an educator and can be very judgmental on contractors who we trust in our house and anround our kids.
We did the following.
Outside: light fixtures, power wash the wood fence with new stain, power wash the house with refresh paint on facia’s & shutters, all new gutters and all brand new steel doors.
Inside: painted all walls, ceilings, base board trim, all new kitchen, cabinets, back splash, under mount sink, faucet, light fixtures, quartz countertops, 12 brand new interior doors with knobs, venting for bathroom fans, all new master bathroom was single sink with old jetter tub ( we never used ) installed two new slow action closed his and hers cabinets with matching quartz countertops same as kitchen with under mount sinks, 3 facets, 3 toilets with 3 bidets, LVT flooring in all 3 bathrooms, floor to ceiling tile with glass door stand up shower with nitch box and new faucet and shower head. Lastly is master closet was given dual racks giving better support and room for more clothes and wife’s shoes.
Long story short we couldn’t be happier with our decision and the wife and I are already planning our Spring 2027 renovation for pergola outside over our porch with a metal roof to listen to the rain storms. During their time here we chose to do other upgrades such as our closet and different doors and with in a day we had the estimate to accept or decline the work. This is a down to the earth company who are local and deliver transparency without giving off the arrogant “ we don’t care we got your money “ feeling some remodel companies give.
Cesar and Estabon ( I hope I spelled their names correctly) was our main two installers for the inside work that we remember and they put in a honest days work! The few times we needed something switched around or adjusted next day it was resolved! Thank you Shawn :-)
Because of our experience the wife and I will only be using AIS in the future over the years for what’s left such as our pergola , roof and siding. We trusted them after friends and family using them, seeing their work in Grove City and they are in the Indian Trails neighborhood frequently where we live. Wife and I have zero regrets trusting AIS and would encourage you have them take care of your project. Down to earth, affordable, trustworthy and great local company to spend you money with! Thank you again Parks & Shawn! See you on our next project. Jacquelyn and Joe LOVE our remodeled home!
I hope this review helps someone who’s weighing their options. Listed below are before and after photos!”
