MK Exteriors, Inc.
“I recently had the pleasure of working with MK Exteriors for a complete roof replacement and gutters, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional.
First and foremost, Martin at MK Exteriors is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, answered all my questions, and provided a detailed, transparent estimate. There were no surprises, just straightforward, honest communication—all of this considering a 3-hour time difference, I am in CA and Martin serves Central Ohio.
On the day of installation, the crew arrived on time and ready to work. I was impressed by their efficiency and attention to detail, despite me being hundreds of miles away! They treated my property with the utmost respect, ensuring that everything was protected during the job. The cleanup afterward was immaculate – you wouldn't even know they had been there if not for the beautiful new roof!
The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. The materials used are top-notch, and the final product exceeded my expectations. My home looks fantastic, and I have peace of mind knowing that my new roof is durable and built to last.
What truly sets MK Exteriors apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with every aspect of the project. It's rare to find a company that combines expertise, quality, and exceptional customer service so seamlessly.
If you're in need of roofing services, look no further than MK Exteriors. They are reliable, skilled, and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing work…even if you are out of state! –you won't be disappointed!”
