Elite Exteriors did a great job on 2 of our homes in need of roof repair. Originally, portions of the claims were denied, but Elite worked directly with our insurance company. They made calls, copied us on all emails, sent pictures and Ohio builders codes to justify additional repairs. Because of their persistence, our insurance company agreed to cover the majority of the cost at both locations. We are extremely happy with their work

Honestly one of the easiest decisions I’ve made! The project manager, Speedy, walked me through everything from start to finish. He made sure I was comfortable with every decision and that I knew what was going on at all times. He worked with our insurance, came when they did the inspection and was on site the day of install making sure all went well. Roofers were prompt, did a great job and cleaned up perfectly!
We had a great experience with Josh and the whole team at Elite Exteriors. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with from start to finish. The crew was beyond excellent. From replacing the roof to the clean up everything was done with pride and respect for our property. Oh, and the roof looks great!
