The team at Elite Exteriors was very professional and also very communicative through the entire process. They were very patient with me as we worked with insurance and our new roof looks amazing. Also our roof is somewhat complex and steep so it was not an easy job. I would recommend them to anyone for a new
Speedy and his crew were great to work with. Speedy coordinated with the inspector and my insurance company and made sure that all the work that should have been covered was. He was great about communicating throughout the project, which I very much appreciated. Even when rain delayed/interrupted the work, the crew was careful to ensure that there were no leaks and they did a great job of cleaning up the property when they were done. Speedy brought in a metal specialist when it became clear it was needed and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the end result. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Elite Exteriors.
These people showed Competence , calm , common sense and kindness in times of trouble and crises involving insurance claims and workmanship provided.
Everywhere I turned they went that extra mile explaining things to me so that I was able to understand .
Always available regardless of time of day during the week and also during the weekends . Josh and Nick did a wonderful job walking me through the insurance process which was like a foreign country and foreign language to me. Their kindness enabled me to stay the course.
Exceptional service beyond belief
