We couldn't be happier with the water treatment system from RainSoft Great Lakes Water! We live in an area where the well water contains high concentrations of iron, sulfur and a list of other precipitates. We were told by the company that installed our original water treatment solution that there was no way to further improve upon this still huge problem (literally one wash of white towels would still tinge them orange).
By chance, we met Abe from RainSoft Great Lakes Water Treatment. His team came in and tested our water, and they realized how big a need still existed to get our water to a reasonable level. They found a way to build a system that tied into our existing equipment that literally removed everything except H2 and O, exceeding our expectations by a mile! It's been over a year and a half and we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you so much!

My experience was excellent!!! I was in and out within a couple of hours. The place was clean and neat. I loved how the stylist Yaunnie explained and educated me on how to take care of my colored hair from products to tools. I have think hair and I am very tender headed but my head did not hurt during the comb through. Very professional and it will become my staple place to get my hair done everytime I visit Cleveland.

I've been going to this place for eyebrow threading for about a year now, and I can't imagine going anywhere else! She is incredibly skilled and always takes her time to make sure my eyebrows are perfectly shaped. The salon is always clean and inviting, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

My husband booked me an appointment for a facial as a Christmas gift at The Necessity Spa. Takeeyia was very attentive. We started by discussing my skin-care routine as well as my biggest concerns regarding my skin. I have rosacea as well as overall sensitive skin. My experience was absolutely phenomenal! She focused on relaxation and stuck to products that she knew wouldn’t irritate my skin. By the time she was finished, my face was absolutely glowing! And I was relaxed from the massage! When Ryan gave us an estimate he explained the difference in flooring options and recommended a certain product due to me having to use a cane and 4 wheel walker. Ryan took the time to answer any questions that we had. He sent over Mike to install the flooring and replace the baseboards , Mike is very professional and does a superb job. Mike was very easy to work with and answered any questions we had. He took the time to be sure it was done correctly!.

I had the good fortune of using Berkut to renovate my kitchen and the results were fantastic! I’m so thrilled with the end results. These guys are so great, I’ve used them for 2 of my properties! Workers respected my home and tried to keep the mess to a minimum, they even mopped the steps at the end of the project! In home #2 after the concrete was poured one worker suggested I put my son’s handprints in the wet cement and I was so thankful he thought of that. A little memento for decades to come. ?

They got me through my pregnancy sciatica and now have helped me with a pinched nerve in my shoulder blade. I love Dr Ghuman! He is very passionate about making sure your whole body is well, balanced and taken care of. He makes sure you have a deep understanding of why you want to stretch, strengthen and work certain muscles. You can tell he really loves and believes in what he does, and that he is invested in his patient care.
Absolutely amazing therapeutic massage by Sarah! She is very courteous and makes sure she knows what you are comfortable with if you are a new client. She focused on all of my problem areas and even gave me tips on stretches I could do at home to help with pain. I left feeling one thousand times better. Definitely will be back!
My husband bought me a massage and a session in the infrared sauna for Mother’s Day and I am soooo glad he found this little gem. Carol was so wonderful, thoughtful, friendly and calming. The place is clean and quiet. My massage was so relaxing and was mixed with some of carol’s energy work and reflexology. After a stressful work week, it was absolutely perfect. And the Sauna….talk about a detox!! It was 30 mins of decompressing, by myself! I truly cannot wait to book another session with Carol and the sauna. I didn’t know what to expect and I am soooo glad thankful my husband found this place!
