Wellness Massage has been my absolute go to for recovery! I go every month to re-center myself and keep everything moving as it should. Linzi is very skilled at her craft and has a gift for finding areas that need to be worked on. After 23+ years of firefighting, she has been a vital part of my body's healing in my retirement!!! Linzi does a fantastic job! Her pressure and flow are great, and she does a great job focusing on your areas of concern. She thoroughly focuses on each area making the whole massage relaxing and not feeling rushed at all. 10/10!

I had my first appointment today and it was great. She found where I held tension and worked on relaxing that area. I would definitely recommend this!!! Made my next appointment already.
