Been here a handful of times to get my daughter's hair cut. Everyone has always been super friendly and great with kid cuts. I do like the ability to get on the waiting list via the app but it is frustrating how busy the store is. You have to really plan ahead a few hours before you plan on going so that you can be sure to get a spot.
