While I don't wish for more competition to schedule classes, it is unfair not to shout out the excellence of this group. The instructors are not only fantastic and knowledgeable, but they are fun and welcoming and just overall great people. I have been attending classes for several months now (and will continue), and already notice a change in strength and flexibility. It is a hugely beneficial program - both body, mind and spirit.“
