They are to be commended for providing an incomparable service to the community in a time when lack luster corporate services are not only dominate; but what most insurance companies would prefer in order to cut cost and meet quotas. The quality of examination along with the selection of frames is unique as well. In fact, the quality of the frames is so good I have only had to purchase three frames since the time I've been a patient. Don't think very many corporate based made in China frames can compare in quality and durability.“

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your last telephone experience with the office. By law an eyeglass prescription is good for only two years. The prescription you were requesting was well past the two years. As we explained, you can get a copy of the RX. The prescription will say its expired. Two years ago we were going through the COVID outbreak. During that time Dr Cherry O.D did only allow one exam done at a time due to social distancing and the size of the waiting area and exam rooms.
