“I'm very surprised to see any negative reviews about the staff and Dr Zysik. I have known Dr Micheal Zysik for over 13 years. In the 13 years I have had great service. They are to be commended for providing an incomparable service to the community in a time when lack luster corporate services are not only dominate; but what most insurance companies would prefer in order to cut cost and meet quotas. The quality of examination along with the selection of frames is unique as well. In fact, the quality of the frames is so good I have only had to purchase three frames since the time I've been a patient. Don't think very many corporate based made in China frames can compare in quality and durability.“

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your last telephone experience with the office. By law an eyeglass prescription is good for only two years. The prescription you were requesting was well past the two years. As we explained, you can get a copy of the RX. The prescription will say its expired. Two years ago we were going through the COVID outbreak. During that time Dr Cherry O.D did only allow one exam done at a time due to social distancing and the size of the waiting area and exam rooms. Please feel free to call the office if you would like to discuss this further.“

“I just started wearing eye glasses in February. In August my face on both sides where the arms sit broke out and the inside of my glasses started to corrode.
I came back in to ask for help and they knew right away what the problem was. I sweat a lot from working out and just in general and my face broke out from the gold metal on the arms of the glasses. They allowed me to pick out a new pair and suggested plastic so it wouldn't happen again.
I love my new pair. Even the specialist was like excited when I placed them on.

He reassured me about some concerns I had about my eyes and you can just tell he loves what he does. They have such a great reasonably priced selection of glasses. The woman that helped me with my order and helped figure out what my insurance covered was also very nice.
