All of that was completely smoothed over starting with our vet tech, who was clearly comfortable with dealing with our Holland Lop. Dr. Cunningham was attentive and caring, and has her own bunnies so she knows how big of a personality they have. It is such a relief to have found someone we can trust.“

“This is a wonderful, compassionate veterinary clinic that has provided great care to our pets for many years. It's not just the routine healthcare we appreciate, but it's the difficult issues where we've found comfort in knowing proper, loving care has been administered. Our dog, Jax, was been coming here for years for routine checkups and immunizations, but when it was discovered he had cancer in one of his dew claws, we were grateful that the cancer was skillfully removed with great care. Jax recovered fully. Then when Scout, one of our elderly cats, was so ill that he couldn't go on, the staff made him and us comfortable as we said goodbye to him. Their empathy and final care was so appreciated. And now, Steve, our Turkish Van of 13 years, has become ill and has been seen by both Dr. Ryan Gates and Dr. Eric Allie. I am so grateful to how kind, gentle and patient they were with him on both visits. Both vets were also patient with me, as I had so many questions for them, and they provided answers to everything. My wife and I deeply appreciate this clinic and staff for all they have done for our beloved pets.“

“My collie was not feeling well the day before Thanksgiving. They were able to get him (new patient) right in. Could not believe the high level of service. So went back for follow up today. Noticed adequate parking, plenty of yard for dog to do his business outside, carpet on floor of waiting room so he didn't slide, and no crowded waiting room. They do their best to keep pets separated with adequate appointment times. The assistants are kind, gentle, and instantly likeable as they worked around my disability with no comments. BTW, my dog is terrified of vets. not today, he jumped right in the car and walked in with no fuss. his tail was wagging the entire time. Dr. Rahman and I had a long talk about what is going on in my life. He was up front and frank about the care my dog needed for today and in the future. We quickly came up with a care plan. Don't let Dr. Rahman's grey hair fool you. He is very up to date on care needs of my purebred, answers questions, offers options, and my dog never once barked at him or tried to run. You may think he costs more for all the attention. Nope. Prices are comparable to the visiting vets at the shops without all the stress. And, if I have any issues, he said that I should not hesitate to call.
I do recommend Aaron Animal Clinic if you are looking for the vet who treats you and your pet as the family you are. I am already recommending them to friends and family.“

“I had two experiences with my cat at Greystone. The first was positive, the second was slightly heart wrenching. My Ginny had surgery here, and the surgery went very well, and was performed skillfully. About a month and a half after this, she injured her foot, jumping off the counter. So naturally, I took her back to the people that took such good care of her. They had to put her under anesthesia and look at her foot. Unfortunately, she had a reaction and died while there the second time. Admittedly, I was angry at first. Even if communication regarding final pick up took longer than I would have liked, staff called me to apologize if they made me upset, and sent me a personalized sympathy card. While I will forever miss my kitty, rest assured that staff does care about your fur baby. Despite my loss, I do recommend them to other pet owners.“

“Every July, this veterinary practice holds a Pet Carnival. It is one of the highlights of my year. They have so much to see and do but to be honest, just watching the pets interact is my favorite part. I have gone to this even for the last 10 or so years and each year it just gets bigger and bigger and better and better. From all the volunteers to the vendors, this is a highly recommended event to attend. Bring your well-behaved pet and enjoy the afternoon. Or go with just the humans and learn about all the different breeds of dogs and other animals that attend. This year they even had calves in attendance! GREAT JOB NORTH ROYALTON ANIMAL HOSPITAL! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!“

“This vet left an impression on me. Over 20 years ago, there was a stray black lab living around Goodyear’s HQ in Akron. It was late fall and after months of trying to trap the dog to adopt it, I was given Dr. Slenn’s number as he worked with a group who tried to find homes for strays. Dr Slenn volunteered to find the dog and use a tranquilizer dart to capture him.

Unfortunately, the stray dog had a rare condition that made him allergic to the tranquilizer and he died. I know he felt terrible about it as I did, but it was not his fault. This vet loves animals and tries his best! If I still lived in the area and had dogs he would be the first vet I would call!!!“

“Dr.J. Hs taken care of the girls (cars) and Shelly (Aussie) for years. I’m lucky because Shelly likes going to the vet, the girls not so much(they just want to run around outside). Excellent care. Just be careful depending on where you live. The exit ramp from 480E to 77S is closed right now, so I had to take Brookpark Road, which is a little bumpy at places.“
