Very patient oriented. Your treated like family. Appointments are easy to get and if you need to see a specialist they send you to the very best. Both Dr's are amazing and they listen to you and your needs. The front desk staff are personable and friendly.
Doctor Rob is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate in addresses my questions and concerns. The staff is always very professional and very helpful. Independence Urgent Care is the only place I go for my day to day medical needs. Thank you to Dr. Rob and Staff.
People forget how stressful Their job is to deal with people that are sick and some people feel like they don't get the attention they need or not being seen fast enough is not the fault of the staff or doctors, it's just trying to deal with Multiple people for multiple illnesses..
