Energize Rehabilitation acquired facilities under the umbrella CHS Therapy which hosts Remedy Rehabilitation, Adaptive Rehab and others . This company has dropped the pay rate for therapists and dropped our healthcare from Aetna to Clearchain Healthcare which MOST medical providers in the Midwest will not accept, though Energize says it’s a PPO plan. We are flooded with Covid 19 therapy evaluations with poor staffing as well as the fact that we are often forced to work 12-13 hrs and then they’ll taper off the mins at the end of the week to keep from paying us overtime .
