Lauren did a great job on my eyebrows! Very detail oriented! If she had to do a few extra strokes to get them looking the way I wanted, she did ! She drew them on and measured perfectly! Definitely recommend!!!!

I have been a with Major's over 30 years called to start service at a rental I own and they are charging me a new customer start rate. Which of course is much higher then my current rate. When I asked if any loyalty or multiple home discounts offered I was simple told "No! that's the rate in that area unless you pay for the entire year, then there is a 10% discount" btw this rate is still above my rate. Office staff was very rude and not helpful.

Rodney has been servicing my furnace (and 2 of my sisters' furnaces) for years and is honest and respectful. He doesn't try to sell a repair that isn't necessary. He lives up to the name of the company...Integrity 1st! His pricing is quite reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone needing service for their furnace or AC. It's nice to deal with the same person each year and know if an issue arises, he will be there to take care of it for you.

I have a sidewalk again and a beautiful mulch job and can see my windows! Prompt response, on time, thorough and very nice people. We would hire them again! Highly recommend. I'd like to add that they took care of my little pet headstone area which I didn't know they would work by, and that meant a lot to me.

They have a fantastic shop with an awesome atmosphere and great conversation. If you're looking to change barbers or to just get away from salons, this is the best choice around.

Got my full set done for the first time in 20 plus years. I usually stick with natural gel nails. I was very impressed with how well Kevin did my full set. Then Lin painted them so cutie. Definitely hands down my go to place. I love how professional and genuinely great people.!

This is such a chic little salon! Warm and welcoming, you immediately feel relaxed when you come through the door. Jen gave me, my MIL, and SIL pedicures for a birthday celebration and it was such a wonderful experience! She was caring and attentive. Highly recommend! It took me a while to find a new salon because I was nervous about going to someone new after being with my former stylist a long time. It took me 5 months to try Evolve and Liz, and I am so very glad I found her.
She did an awesome job with my hair! She knew immediately what type of hair I had within 5 minutes of meeting me, and I hadn't even sat in the chair. She began to work her magic: color, full highlights, and a great style. The color and highlights are very complimentary to my skin tone, and the cut is so much more than I expected. She is a miracle worker and reasonably priced.

Came out the same day to look at my sewer line issue. Gave me a quote the same day, and came back two days later to complete the job. Not an easy task as he needed to trench by our Generac generator. Very nice person and did a terrific job. Very fair price and excellent service.

The Marks team was incredible. Not only did they make my vision come to life and transform this rotting deck into a beautiful and welcoming front porch, they did it so efficiently. The whole project start to finish maybe took 2.5 days, even with them taking extra steps to repair issues with the siding and original deck posts that were done improperly by the original home builder. This is the 2nd time I’ve contracted the Marks Building Company for home renovations and their work, speed and communication is top notch. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll definitely be using them for larger projects in the future!

Lake County Landscaping & Supply is by far the best around. A friendly guy dropped it off (delivery to me over by fairlawn ave was $30) and asked where I wanted it before dropping it off. Over the phone they talked to me without a “script” (didn’t just ask what I need, where to, price, end call) and took the time to make sure I got what I needed and that we were on the same page. Reasonable pricing too!

As an adult I have not had good experiences with dentists. I've been going to Dr. Mike Riebe for about a year. And it has been wonderful. He and Dr. Robert have both been wonderful. I am afraid of the numbing shots and Dr. Mike has made it almost completely painless. All the staff is wonderful!
Wonderful vet tech scanned my new trapped feral. So nice and kind. The vet office is spotless. Think I well be switching vets to Crossroads if they accept new clients.
I am very thankful for Lake Animal Hospital! Any time I had a concern with my dog, they get me right in for an appointment. Unfortunately my dog was diagnosed with lymphoma 6 months ago. Dr. Crouser was so helpful, kind and compassionate through that difficult time.
