I have used Armao's a number of times over the years and always had Mr. Armao do the servicing. Today, Jerry called to see if he could come a little early which was great with me. My washer is over 30 years old and was hoping it could be repaired if parts were still available. Unfortunately, he didn't have the part and wasn't sure it was available. He proceeded to remove the dried out hose and was able to cut out the brittle part and then reverse it as a temporary fix. I was able to do two loads immediately with no issues . I am very happy! We had to call for our dryer to be repaired today...but, it was time to retire the old machine! However, Nick, our service repairman, was amazingly professional, helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you for offering your fellow neighbors the BEST SERVICE EVER!!
