I would like to recognize one of your garbage truck drivers for the exceptional professionalism he demonstrated today.
While he was emptying my trash can, a very small piece of paper blew out and landed in the street. He stopped what he was doing, got out of the truck, picked up the paper, and threw it into the truck. The piece of paper was so small that no one would likely have noticed or expected him to retrieve it. There was also no one else outside on the street at the time, and there was no way he could have known that I was watching.

They changed my date of pickup from Tuesday to Monday, and I forgot ( totally my own mistake they gave me 2 weeks notice ) so I just accepted my fate and knew I'd have to go another week without pickup. Well yesterday they came and picked up for me without me asking or calling them! Very unexpected & much appreciated!
We missed our normal trash day due to our little one being admitted into the hospital for 3 days. We called later that day after getting home explaining how we missed trash day & asked if they could come pick it up this morning. They said they would try. Well, our minds as parents have been so busy & tired from the 3 day hospital stay that we forgot to put them out last night. We heard them outside our house this morning so my husband got out of bed to hurry up & put them outside just to see that they came up to our house & grabbed our cans for us!
