The best Gym around. Cleans with great equipment. Owners both in medical field and very knowledgeable!

Lots of bottle and draft beers. Lots of TVs with sports. Food is good and prices are fair. Huge place and staff is always fast. We go here once a month.

From Rock House-Fitness-Massage

The Rock House is a small private facility. We are a medical based rehab and gym. Specializing in Rehab, post rehab strengthening and pain relief. The owners have medical backgrounds and 35 years experience in the health care industry. The Rock House facility was started by Rocky and Elaine Nelson in March 2006. Rocky is an Exercise Physiologist, Licensed Massotherapist and College Professor and has 30 years experience in the health industry. He holds a Master’s Degree in Education/Exercise Science and a BSBA. His certifications include Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Olympic Weight Lifting Coach, and Certified in Sports Nutrition. He has extensive experience in Physical Therapy and Long Term Rehab Departments.
