This was my first visit at Painesville Dental Group and it was a wonderful experience from the minute I walked in. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and professional. The facility is beautiful, very clean and all the equipment looks new and modern. My dental hygienist Rachel was very thorough and explained everything along the way. She was wonderful. Then Dr. Horvath came in to give me an exam and he too was very thorough and friendly. I highly recommend Painesville Dental Group!

Painesville Dental Group was absolutely amazing with my 89-year-old aunt, who is a demanding and "problematic personality". She had not seen a dentist in 10 years and Dr Pichler and tech Raven were amazingly kind, patient, and compassionate. They must have spent an hour calmly explaining everything to her -- why she needed extractions, the difference between a partial and dentures, why caps were not an option, etc. They are two of the most kind and caring people I have met in ages, and of course knowledgeable and sharp also. I cannot recommend Painesville Dental Group enough.
