“I called Buckeye Plumbing and Drains after receiving an outrageous estimate from nearby Five Star Home Services. Five Stars sent a young plumber who spent 30 minutes in his work van calculating a plumbing repair (by the job not hour) of $650. Jeff from Buckeye Plumbing and Drains used a sawzall and had my drywall neatly removed in 5 minutes. And using copper fittings he made the repair under 20 minutes! Plus he installed a shut-off valve & plastic access panel in case my refrigerator line broke again or the 28 year old PVC pipes burst inside the wall. Total cost including parts came to $350. I would trust Buckeye Plumbing and Drains over companies like RotoRotor & Five Stars who over charge by the job not the hour.“

“They are the best plumbing company in Columbus and its not even close! Its family owned, they are fast came within maybe an hour after I called and have extremely fast and fair service. They will be my plumbers from here out and I recommend ANYONE, to call them and support a local family plumbing company . They are 100x better than being upsold and lied to by all these corporate plumbing companies with all the commercials. Update: Issue came back not even 2 weeks later. 2nd HOA plumbing company came, $819 today and another visit upcoming, bc the camera system couldnt get through the T section so they have to come back. Have to get new toilet but HOA is paying and will go after neighbor once confirmed.

Cpr did write to replace toilet, likely standard procedure to see if issue returns after traps cleared in toilet to get a call back and further diagnose. Im not upset with em, kinda expected this and atleast I got hoa on this and will be reimbursed whats out of pocket.“
