The company's pricing is better than most other plumbers. BJ and Louis were great. They explained everything. They were patient, and made sure I understood what was going on. I will be using them again.

Ben Franklin was a little steep on comparison to other estimates I got for installation of our water heater. But, they were the fastest to respond and did so in a professional manner.I thought our water heater was leaking, and the owner of the company called me and a technician was out within an hour. Turns out it was condensation from our furnace. The technician cut new piping and kindly created a way for the condensation to get out of the home instead of pooling in the basement.This was not his responsibility yet, he helped and insisted I not pay him.I would recommend this business.Service: Water heater installation
