However, the first technician who bright me back to start the testing was very stand-off ish, not patient friendly, acted like she didn’t want to be there, and presented the entire time with a bad attitude.<br>Dr. Gonzalez, on the other hand, was very friendly and welcoming, professional and very helpful as she always is. I have only asked to see her through the years when making appointments.<br>Christy, who helped me with the frames out on the floor was also very friendly, kind and professional.”

The glasses we have purchased from them have been high quality and always precisely what we ordered. We have provided our own frames and purchased frames directly through them and received equal service with each scenario. They do schedule out a bit for appointments, but the staff is super friendly and accommodating. We have never waited longer than 10 minutes before our appointment to be seen either.
