On July 6, I was kindly greeted at the front desk when I came in for my appointment at 8:00. However, the first technician who bright me back to start the testing was very stand-off ish, not patient friendly, acted like she didn’t want to be there, and presented the entire time with a bad attitude.
Dr. Gonzalez, on the other hand, was very friendly and welcoming, professional and very helpful as she always is. I have only asked to see her through the years when making appointments.
Christy, who helped me with the frames out on the floor was also very friendly, kind and professional.

Not pleased that I am being billed for refraction and part of electroretinography totaling $125.00 for both. I have Medicare part B a supplement UHC AARP and Medical Mutual Eye Med. Why am I paying out of pocket. Are these charges being billed correctly?
always a pleasant experience even though there is a concern with getting eyes checked. not as fearful as the dentist but good to get a yearly score card from professionals that are personable and pleasant.
