I received great service from the tech and front desk. The portion with the doctor although, she was nice, felt a little rushed... probably due to her being the only doctor in the office. They definitely need to have two doctors on staff for a more personal experience and to minimize wait times.
I am a new patient transitioning over from an optometrist I've been seeing for the past 30+ years. I was very apprehensive, at first but quickly became comfortable with the quality of care received. Dr Potter, staff, atmosphere and professionalism was truly on point! I have found a new home!
This is a great place to get an eye exam! I’m diabetic and the doctor and staff took great care of me and asked pertinent questions about my health! I got a diabetic eye exam. The staff is very courteous and pleasant to deal with during the entire process of scheduling and and answering questions about my insurance coverage. I recommend this place!!
