Dave and the MAQ team are simply the gold standard for volleyball training in NE Ohio. My daughter has worked with several trainers (not saying the others didn’t do a good job by any means) but she’s blossomed at MAQ and has MEASURABLE results. They provide actual performance comparisons on a multitude of tests/data points to prove they are improving. Even during the club season my 13 yo is willing to drive 30 min to do a session on her off practice days.

My daughter did her first volleyball training at MAQ Training, she really liked it stating it was fun, and also hard and would help players improve their skill/game. She liked the facility and all the training equipment to help improve her fitness and skill for her sport.
