He is a world class power lifter and has a deep understanding of the power of positive thinking and has been training people on a close personal level for years. He truly cares about all of his clients and you can't go wrong training with him in my opinion.

Great experience, I am not a power lifter, nor am I a health nut. But Vinny does an awesome job of pushing without intimidating. It’s been a year and I feel more healthy, energetic, and have baseball biceps.
