I genuinely do love this location.For the past couple of years the Macedonia location left a really bad taste in my mouth. Staff was always rude and condescending, it was dirty and it just had bad vibes as to say and was going to cancel my membership completely. The staff here is so nice and helpful and it’s so clean, they also have a couple of machines Macedonia doesn’t. Very happy my husband introduced me to this location.
Very nice. My home PF is in Parma on Snow Road. Went to Seven Hills today and really enjoyed. Club was clean, machines in great working condition, and staff was helpful and pleasant. Definitely will revisit this location.
just what I needed. Ivana was terrific. she helped me with a plan that suited my needs. she took the time to walk me through what my limited abilities could handle. The equipment is always clean. and the hydro bed is to die for.
