Even when I arrived and was outside in a wheel chair while the car was being parked a gentleman who had clearly clocked out for the day and was heading out to go home asked if I needed some help and gladly wheeled me inside without hesitation right to the front desk. “I had an appointment for MRI and tons of Xrays. I am completely satisfied from the check-in thru to check out. It's rare at any business to see everyone smiling and pleasant. They were eager to help. I accidentally got dropped off at the wrong entrance. Instead of me having to walk all the way around the outside of the building, the girls at emergency stat care entrance got me a wheelchair and pushed me thru just to help me out. I wouldn't have made it on my cane. I was struggling. They even helped me to sign in at kiosk. When they called my name, it went smooth throughout this whole process. Thank you soo much. I was having a little anxiety as this is my first time with Aultman.(imaging) They did everything to make me comfortable. Its alot when im already in alot of pain. Then after check out i was given another wheelchair ride to the exit. Everyone still smiling. I love it here already. Thanks ladies. I will be back“
