“Team Gutridge to the rescue! We needed help with a new Kohler 14Kw unit we installed but would not transfer power to the load center. Gutridge was able to get Moe out to our home in just a couple days and found a bad circuit board in the new unit. He then tracked down a replacement and made a 100 mile+ round trip to pick it up and then return the same day to install it. Did I mention it was snowing as well. Nellie was then able to get the work covered by warrantee on our behalf. I can't thank Gutridge enough for the incredible service and friendly staff.
