From the front office to the techs to the doctors, there is no one on staff with whom I don’t trust the care of my animals. They have conversations explaining things in terms we understand, and have held the difficult conversations with compassion yet reality when that time came.“

My mom passed in late July and we inherited her elderly, 16yro, cat. Her death was very hard on him and he was refusing to eat and was getting very thin.

Dr. Kartley and her team answered all my questions, there were a lot, and did their best to keep me calm during the visit. All I could keep thinking is I just lost my mom and I don't want to have to put her beloved Cinders down.

Bloodwork and urine were taken, sent to the lab and throughly explained once the results were in. Treatment plan was made and also throughly explained.

While we know we are getting towards the end of Cinders time here on earth we find comfort in knowing he's getting the best care from an amazing group of individuals.“

“Kristy is helping me train my pup to be a service dog. Kristy has done an excellent job with Judah and me ?. I, as the owner, need trained on what to do and not do as much as the pup needs trained. She will advise you and tell you the “why” behind her advice, but will tell you, it’s your dog and ultimately your decision. (Example: Should I let strangers pet my service dog). Judah loves his private training sessions with Kristy!! Kristy is very knowledgeable about dog behavior. Kristy is upfront and honest about pricing and expectations.“

“These folks are good at what they do and they have the right equipment to do it. Don't expect cheap. Nothing quality is cheap but they are not gouging people. It's the cost of running a higher tech operation. Some of these bad reviews are ridiculous like the teeth pulling not realizing they helped that dog live a longer life. I have always had quality care there. Love Dr Bayless who communicates and listens so well. Taking excellent care of pets is what they do!“
