Absolutely phenomenal! I cannot say enough good things about the care, compassion, and professionalism of their team. I have a very fearful dog and they know just how to handle her so that she is not overwhelmed and they never force restraint. Excellent communication and easy to schedule. My mom passed in late July and we inherited her elderly, 16yro, cat. Her death was very hard on him and he was refusing to eat and was getting very thin.
