“These folks are good at what they do and they have the right equipment to do it. Don't expect cheap. Nothing quality is cheap but they are not gouging people. It's the cost of running a higher tech operation. Some of these bad reviews are ridiculous like the teeth pulling not realizing they helped that dog live a longer life. I have always had quality care there. Love Dr Bayless who communicates and listens so well. Taking excellent care of pets is what they do!“
“Becky is absolutely wonderful! She has such an amazing background of knowledge to share. We have our dog enrolled in her Talk of the Town private sessions and she spends so much time with us answering questions and giving advice. We’ve seen great improvement in our dog’s behaviour. She also meets you where you and your dog are. The course is a set of skills that she teaches but she listens and really customises and troubleshoots to your dog’s needs. We looked at so many other training programs but they were all a one size fits all solution and often only based in negative reinforcement. Becky uses a multidisciplinary approach. She makes us and our dog feel comfortable. I couldn’t be more pleased. Also you can’t beat her prices.“
“Kristy is the best! She took the time to understand what we wanted to accomplish and set us on a path for success with our 2 year old Cavapoo, Penny. She has a lot of knowledge and experience that she is willing to share. We were comfortable asking questions and Kristy would demonstrate a skill if that was what we needed. The benefits of individualized training with Kristy are far superior to the group training we attended with a previous pet. We learned the skills we need to continue to work with Penny and would not hesitate to work with Kristy again.“
“They always are very kind and send reminders for upcoming shots. They give a printed history of visits and future dates for needed inoculations. They have boarding facilities as well.“

“The staff is amazing!!! I had to have my girl put down when she could no longer move on her own, so it was a crisis situation for me. But the staff made an appointment that same day and gave her treats and loved on her and were very comforting to both of us. I put off having this done for several days but because of the staff I now understand it was necessary for her. She was q6 and had a great life. So thank you to every dedicated staff member for your love and kindness in a tough decision.“
