I had Dixie and Sassy with Kristy. She was patient and kind with my anxious and rambunctious babies. But she helped tame them and turn them into service dogs. She also helped train the owner. I needed to understand what I needed to do to help them help me.
Kristy worked around scheduling issues and as they were still young things that came up with them. I would not have asked for a better or more understanding trainer. She was exactly what I needed. Training with love and treats and not heavy hands and cruelty.

We took classes with Kristy for our miniature Border Collie.
We worked on her reactivity and barking when people visited our home.
She was very timid and jumpy and had been rehomed several times, so we didn't know her background.
She was very nippy and we needed to work on her behavioral skills.

Kristy is helping me train my pup to be a service dog. Kristy has done an excellent job with Judah and me 😊. I, as the owner, need trained on what to do and not do as much as the pup needs trained. She will advise you and tell you the “why” behind her advice, but will tell you, it’s your dog and ultimately your decision. (Example: Should I let strangers pet my service dog). Judah loves his private training sessions with Kristy!! Kristy is very knowledgeable about dog behavior. Kristy is upfront and honest about pricing and expectations.
