“Jody came out and worked on our old furnace late on Thanksgiving Eve, if I remember correctly, which ended up needing a replacement main component. There was of course none to be found so he worked over several days on the broken part and finally got it working. For all of his efforts, the cost was beyond reasonable. He was just awesome to work with. Kind, understanding, explained what the issues were and answered every question patiently. I would highly recommend him and Home Experts without hesitation!”
