I sent an inquiry through the contact form on the website to see about purchasing a gift certificate online. I was contacted the next day via email and a follow up phone call to let me know I couldn’t do it online but they could help me do it over the phone. I was hesitant at first giving out my card info, but I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire situation! I was sent a receipt via email and a picture of the gift certificate they are keeping in the salon for my sister to pickup. Sein Cozad was amazing help.“

“I recently had a small issue with my service but I deleted the review because 1 incident doesn’t give a fair review. I have been going to this salon for two years and went back today and they went above and beyond what the had to do to try and make my one bad experience better and they did just that. It reminded me of why I love going here and would recommend them to everyone. Any place can have a bad day but it’s not a reflection on them forever. If you are looking for a salon who cares about their customers being happy with their service then this is the salon for you. They have a customer for life .
